Noe is the Civic Engagement Director at the Dolores Huerta Foundation, leading the organization’s civic engagement programs and local/statewide policy campaigns to build progressive people power throughout the San Joaquin Valley. Noe has led and supported successful political campaigns throughout Kern County and has worked in various political and legislative roles across the state. Prior to DHF, Noe was a student at UCLA, where he served as Financial Supports Commissioner, one of fifteen elected student officers, to support students in need of financial support and advocacy.
Noe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is based in Bakersfield, California, and calls the Central Valley home.
