Lucio serves as the Communications Director at the Dolores Huerta Foundation, spearheading the organization’s strategic communication and marketing initiatives to elevate the organization’s brand and bolster fundraising efforts.
Bringing over 17 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Lucio has impacted the areas of workforce development, adult learning, education, fundraising, communication, and marketing, benefiting Latine communities in the Los Angeles region. In his most recent role, he led the advancement and marketing efforts at Dolores Mission Church and School, the historic birthplace of Homeboy Industries.
Lucio holds both a Bachelor of Science in Management degree and a Master of Communication Management degree from the University of Southern California. He is based in East Los Angeles, California.
