Christian Baer

Christian Baer is the Development Director at the Dolores Huerta Foundation, bringing over a decade of experience in nonprofit development, strategic fundraising, and communications. She is passionate about building strong relationships and partnerships that help empower communities and propel movement building.

Previously, Christian served as the Senior Development Manager at Ready to Succeed in Los Angeles. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Hampshire College, and is based in Pasadena, California.
