BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — The UC Merced Community and Labor Center, in collaboration with the Dolores Huerta Foundation, unveiled a comprehensive study titled “South Central Valley Community Needs Assessment: Labor, Environment and Civic Action” at the Bakersfield Museum of Art.
