Location: Los Angeles, CA | Salary: $75,000–$85,000/year | Full-Time + Benefits

The Dolores Huerta Foundation is seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager to lead our community organizing efforts in East Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley. This role supervises a team of Community Organizers and oversees grassroots campaigns aimed at empowering disenfranchised communities through civic engagement, leadership development, and local advocacy. Ideal candidates bring at least five years of organizing experience, are bilingual (English/Spanish), and excel at team leadership, strategic planning, and community mobilization. Evening and weekend availability is required.
