Crystal was born in Delano, California, but at the age of 4, her family relocated to Mexico, where she was raised. From an early age, she demonstrated a passion for helping others, initiating projects across Mexico to support various communities, from indigenous groups to children battling cancer. Her dedication and empathy shaped her into a committed community contributor.
Crystal pursued her education in Business Development and Marketing at Universidad Tecnologica de Durango. With 3 years of experience in communications and marketing, complemented by 2 years as a DevOps engineer, Crystal currently serves as the Communications Coordinator at the Dolores Huerta Foundation. In this role, she plays a pivotal part in managing, enhancing, and contribute to the foundation’s communication channels.
Combining her academic background with her fervent desire to serve the community, Crystal has found a fulfilling path.
