Fabiola DeCaratachea leads on projects and activities related to communications programming and grant writing. She coordinates and implements frequent communications and updates, such as calls to action, announcements, campaigns and promotion of DHF’s work to key stakeholders including community members, donors, board members, and community partners. Also, Fabiola oversees public-facing inquiries for DHF from the general public and press.

Fabiola DeCaratachea was previously a Director at Richard Heath & Associates, Inc based in Fresno. She has provided leadership on the development and execution of outreach and education efforts in support of multiple programs, especially around access to healthcare. She is skilled at organizing and implementing complex programs and ensuring success. Fabiola has 20 years of experience working in community based organization and philanthropy.

On her spare time, she enjoys dancing with her family, painting and knitting as time allows. She is proud to be an immigrant and lives in the Central Valley with her family.

In her role, Tiana is responsible for projects and activities related to social media. Tiana also prepares print/digital publications and graphics for promotional and fundraising materials.

Tiana is a recent graduate from the California State University Dominguez Hills where she obtained her Bachelors in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. Throughout her educational and professional career, she has participated in Service-Learning Collaborations partnering with nonprofit organizations to devise strategic initiatives and media kits.

In her free time, you can catch Tiana binge-watching a show on Netflix, taking a nap, or hanging out with friends.
