The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has been sitting on the decision for almost a year leaving 5 million immigrants and their families in limbo. The Deferred Action for Parents (DAPA) and an expanded Deferred Action for Children (DACA) could keep families together and provide them with temporary protections. Immigration reforms designed to keep families together are on hold due to an intentional partisan maneuver being pushed by Republican Attorneys General and extremists running for President. We hope everyone can join us tomorrow in calling on the courts and congress to stop playing politics with immigrant families’ lives.
